Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you require help beyond this window, please reach out—we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging with tags intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
As a small, artisanal brand, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was received, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
